Local Courier (Same Day to Door)

$8.00 | Free for orders $80.00 and above
Delivered within 1–2 business days. We deliver 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays (except Chinese New Year). You may also choose a later date at your preference.

We engage a professional courier company for Door to Door delivery with a high level of flexibility for your convenience. The content of your parcel will never be revealed to the courier for maximum discretion. The delivery party will contact you via SMS/WhatsApp or phone call in advance before arriving at your location. Please provide a Singapore Registered Mobile Number or WhatsApp Number (for non-residents).

You can leave a "Delivery Comment" at the checkout page for any detailed or special instructions. This includes, but is not limited to:

Collect personally at the void deck
Collect personally at the apartment gate
Leave with concierge/lobby
Don't use the doorbell
Leave in shoe cabinet/riser etc.

Discreet Packaging

Our delivery is completely discreet — no logo, no company name. No one will be able to tell what is in the parcel, not even the courier company. All parcels are double sealed with a layer of white/DHL courier bag and secured in kraft courier bags/carton box. These courier bags are tamper proof — you will immediately know if someone tampers with your parcel. Our packaging techniques are tested and proven to be the most discreet.
